fixed fee for quickscan of your non-competition clause

You are considering to transfer to a new employer or to start your own business. Or you feel that a termination of your employment may not be far away and you wonder what your options are. And then you suddenly come across that non-competition clause that you signed a while ago. Does this mean trouble?

We offer employees in your situation a quickscan of the non-compete clause. During this quickscan your employment contract, the circumstances at the time of signing the contract, your job-role and working situation and plans for the future will be taken into account.  After the quickscan you will know whether the clause is (still) valid, how it may impede you to enter a more desirable employment, whether the chances are high that you will be confronted with penalties, what your options are to take legal action and how you can use the clause to negotiate a higher redundancy compensation.

Instead of the normal hourly fee we offer a fixed fee of EUR 230 for this service. Thanks to the fixed fee arrangement instead of working on the basis of the normal lawyer hourly fee, you will know beforehand what this will cost you. You will be able to make a well-informed decision about possible further steps.

If you want to use our services, we will request you to supply us with some documents and information on the basis of which we can make an assessment of your chances and risks. Please do not send us any documents before we have checked whether your employer is one of our clients.
