On Tuesday 27 March 2012 at 12:15 hrs., the seagoing oil & chemical tanker, sailing under
the flag of the Marshall Islands, "SC CHELSIA" will be auctioned before the
Rotterdam District Court at Wilhelminaplein 100-125, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, at the
request of Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Filiale Hamburg.

The auction is subject to general Conditions of Sale as deposited with the Court.
